01 Is there a minimum order?

No. One piece or one thousand.

02 Why not just buy on 1688 or Alibaba?

You can, if you are comfortable with MOQs, no inspection, no consolidation, and no one accountable if what arrives is wrong. We are the layer that handles all of that. What you pay for is not the light; it is not having to manage any of this.

03 How do I know the quality is right?

Every order is inspected in our warehouse before dispatch. Photos and video on request. Samples are available before you commit to volume.

04 What about breakage?

We keep it under 1.5%, well below what is typical for fragile goods, because we pack in our own facility. If something does arrive damaged, tell us and we will sort it out.

05 How long does it take?

We dispatch within 3 days of order. Transit time depends on your destination and shipping method; we will quote both.

06 Can you put my branding in the box?

Yes. Custom thank-you cards, inserts, and packaging.

07 Do you charge a fee to quote?

No. Send us what you are looking for and we will come back with options and pricing.

08 Can you ship to my project site or my customers?

Yes, to you, to your project site, or directly to your end customers.
